House and behaviour rules

Cancellations or changes to the number of people will only be accepted up to and including 48 hours before the reserved event. If changes are made in a timely manner, a new reservation date can be scheduled free of charge within three months of the original reservation date.

If you cancel without agreeing on a new booking date, administrative charges may apply. In the event of cancellation or amendment within 48 hours prior to commencement, or if you do not show up, the full.

Force majeure, technical issues, traffic jams, illness and other unforeseen circumstances do not constitute an exception to this arrangement. Are you cancelling by email? The cancellation will only be processed after you have received a response from us.

Bookings, services and privacy

• The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to quotations, reservations, assignments, and services rendered.
• A copy of the terms and conditions is available free of charge upon request from reception.
• Price adjustments may be made between the time of booking and the date of the event.
• For our services, we process personal data in accordance with our privacy statement.
• Always follow the instructions of staff members.
• Guests are required to order a drink.

Children, property and safety

• For darts and pool, children aged 14 to 16 inclusive may only play if accompanied by a parent, carer or supervisor.
• Toilet facilities are for individual use only.
• Items and equipment belonging to Lake’s Leisure must not be taken away. This applies, amongst other things, to glassware, accessories, golf clubs, golf balls, bowling shoes and equipment used for the activities.
• A charge of €5 may be applied for the loss of a guest pass.
• Distributing promotional material in and around the building is only permitted with authorisation.
• Criminal offences are reported to the police.
• In case of fire, emergency, or an evacuation signal, the instructions of staff and company emergency responders must be followed immediately.
• A first-aid kit is available at reception, and first aid can be administered.
• Do not cause a nuisance to neighbouring residents.

Alcohol and drugs policy

• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and over.
• It is not permitted to pass on alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. Admission may be denied in case of contravention.
• Intoxicated guests will not be served alcohol; our staff will make the final decision.
• When ordering alcohol, all guests aged 18 to 25 years old are required to show valid identification.
• The possession, use or dealing of soft and hard drugs and other narcotics, including nitrous oxide, is prohibited on the premises and grounds. In case of violation, the guest may be immediately removed and the police may be called.

Access and prohibitions

• Identification checks are possible when there is cause to do so.
• Entry may be refused to guests who are under the influence of alcohol, or who disrupt order, peace, safety, or business operations.
• When necessary, cooperation with a security check may be requested. Refusal may result in denial of entry.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives,.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of nicotine replacement products are prohibited indoors and are only permitted outdoors.
• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of recognised assistance and guide dogs.
• Bringing or consuming your own food and drink is not permitted.
• Demonstrations, noise pollution, pollution, vandalism, and other disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
• Confetti cannons and party string are not permitted.
• Unwanted intimacy, discrimination, aggression, and offensive behaviour are not accepted.
• Face-covering clothing is not permitted, except when necessary for health or safety.

CCTV and recordings

• In and around the building, cameras are used for supervision to ensure order and safety.
• Images can be used in investigations into accidents, damage, destruction, disturbances and criminal offences, and can be provided to the police or judicial authorities if necessary.
• Photographs and film footage may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear recognisably in promotional material, you can inform a member of staff in advance.

Liability and measures

• Lost property should be handed in at reception.
• Damage to property will be claimed from the person responsible. If the person responsible cannot be directly identified, the reserving person or party may be held jointly and severally liable.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for the children in their care.
• Misuse of a manual call point, evacuation alarm, or fire alarm system may result in a contractual penalty of at least €250, in addition to full compensation for damages.
• Entry to the premises and grounds, use of the cloakroom and storage of personal belongings are at your own risk.
• Vehicles and obstacles can be removed or towed away when there is cause to do so.
• In case of violation, access to the premises and grounds may be immediately and possibly permanently denied.
• In situations not covered by these regulations, the management will decide.

Entry to the bowling alley and the use of your own bowling equipment is at your own risk. Bowling shoes are mandatory. If you are 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lane may be assigned to another group without a refund.

• A maximum of six people may play on one court.
• The approach area may only be entered with bowling shoes. It is not permitted to go outside with bowling shoes.
• Use only one bowling ball at a time per lane and only throw the ball underhand towards the pins on your own lane.
• Never put hands or other body parts into the ball return, and do not sit on the ball return.
• Never retrieve pins or balls from the lane or gutter yourself. Always ask a staff member for assistance.
• Do not throw when a pin or ball is on the track or when the sweep is down.
• Never walk or stand on the bowling lane. The lane is oiled and extremely slippery.
• Refreshments may not be placed or consumed in the circulation area.
• Children aged 11 and under may only enter the bowling alley when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or carer, with a maximum of five children per each accompanying adult.
• Always follow the instructions of staff.

Please note: Choose a bowling ball with finger holes that are large enough. Light balls of 8 pounds are intended for children; adult use can cause injury and damage.

Damage to jobs, machines, balls, shoes or other property will be recovered from the person responsible. Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their company.

• Entry to the Crazy Golf area is at your own risk and only permitted with clean, dry shoes.
• Please be aware of rises and edges and keep a safe distance from other players.
• The maximum group size per start time is five people.
• Allow a faster-playing group to pass when necessary.
• Children aged 11 and under may only enter the area when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supervisor, with a maximum of five children per supervisor.
• Anyone entering the Crazy Golf area must have a valid entry pass, even if they are not taking part.
• The latest start time is sixty minutes before the Crazy Golf room closes.
• Hit the ball gently and controlled. A full golf swing is not allowed.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the Crazy Golf room.
• Sitting, standing or lying on set pieces is forbidden. Do not lean against painted walls and do not apply any text or drawings.
• Always follow the instructions of staff.

Damage to courses, course elements, clubs, balls, or other property will be charged to the person causing it. Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their care.

• Staff are permitted to enter the karaoke room before, during and after a session.
• Children aged 11 and under may only enter the area when accompanied by a parent, guardian, or supervisor, with a maximum of five children per supervisor.
• Bringing or consuming your own food and drink is not permitted.
• The number of people present may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
• Equipment settings must not be changed, except for the software functions made available to guests.
• Equipment and other property must remain in the karaoke room.
• Always follow the instructions of staff.

Damage to equipment, furniture or other property will be recovered from the person responsible. Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their company.

Entering the laser tag arena and taking part in the game is at your own risk. Due to the dark surroundings, lighting effects and moving players, it is important that everyone follows the safety instructions and guidance provided by staff.

• Laser tag is open to children aged 10 and over or those at least 1.35 metres tall.
• The safety briefing prior to commencement is mandatory.
• Running, pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping and physical contact are not permitted.
• Keep a safe distance from other players, walls, scenery and obstacles.
• Wear the vest and use the laser gun solely as explained by a member of staff.
• Do not detach any equipment, place it on the ground, or take it outside the arena.
• Report a fault, damage, fall or unsafe situation immediately to a member of staff.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the laser tag arena.
• Guests who are sensitive to flashing lights, loud noises or a dark environment should assess in advance whether participation is suitable and, in case of doubt, contact us.
• Always follow staff instructions; participation may be terminated immediately in the event of unsafe behaviour.

Damage to vests, laser guns, scenery or other property caused by intent or improper use will be recovered from the person responsible. Parents and supervisors are responsible for minor participants in their party.

Welcome to LevelOne Arcade, part of Lake’s Leisure. To ensure a safe, enjoyable and fair gaming experience for all visitors, the following additional house rules apply within the arcade. Lake’s Leisure’s general house rules and code of conduct also remain in force. Please always follow the instructions of our staff.

1. Gaming machines and malfunctions

• Handle all slot machines and accessories with care and use them exclusively for their intended purpose.
• Is a machine not working properly? Then stop playing and report this immediately to a member of staff.
• In case of doubt regarding the operation or scoring, the technically registered information in the system is leading.
• If a fault is identified, our staff will assess whether any credits used on the LevelOne Playcard should be refunded.
• Deliberate damage, tampering or misuse may be recovered from the person responsible.

2. Fair play and fraud

• Tampering with machines, playcards, tickets, gaming credits or prizes is not permitted.
• In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, gaming credits, tickets and prizes may be temporarily blocked.
• LevelOne may deny access to the individuals concerned and, where necessary, report the matter to the police.

3. Safety and CCTV

• CCTV is in operation at LevelOne Arcade for the safety of visitors and staff and to protect property.
• CCTV footage is carefully processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and is only shared when necessary or legally required.
• Face-covering clothing that prevents a person from being recognised is not permitted, unless there is a medical or other justified reason for this.
• Large or valuable prizes can be supplied to order. This may result in a delivery delay.

4. Behaviour and accommodation

• Respect other visitors, members of staff and the play equipment.
• Aggression, intimidation, discrimination, threats, vandalism and other anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted within LevelOne Arcade.
• Bringing or consuming your own food and drink is not permitted.
• Individuals or groups causing a nuisance or failing to follow instructions from staff may be temporarily or permanently denied access.

5. Minors and supervision

• Visitors under the age of 12 may only visit LevelOne Arcade when accompanied by an adult.
• Parents and supervisors remain responsible for the children in their care.
• Do not let children play unsupervised when they need help using a vending machine safely.

6. LevelOne Playcard, credits and tickets

• Game credits and tickets on a LevelOne Playcard are valid for 12 months from the date of the last recorded activity.
• Play credits, tickets and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please keep your Playcard in a safe place. Lake’s Leisure accepts no responsibility for the loss or unauthorised use of a lost Playcard.
• Report loss to a member of staff as soon as possible. Only when the balance can be technically traced and verified will we assess whether a transfer is possible.

7. Prices and guarantee

• Check a won prize upon receipt.
• Is a price incorrect? Please report this to the desk as soon as possible and, if available, bring along the Playcard or any other proof of purchase or collection.
• We will assess the notification in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions and, where possible, find an appropriate solution.

8. Property and liability

• Always keep an eye on your personal belongings yourself.
• Lake’s Leisure shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Damage caused by intent, misuse or negligent behavior can be recovered from the person responsible.

9. Questions, complaints and service

• Report a fault or practical problem directly to a member of staff so that we can investigate it as quickly as possible.

• Management will assess the situation and contact you if necessary.
• A request or complaint submitted by email is only considered to have been definitively resolved once Lake’s Leisure has confirmed this in writing.
