Waiting staff (age 16+)
Are you welcoming, enthusiastic and enjoy being around people? As a member of our front-of-house team, you’ll ensure that our guests feel welcome and can fully enjoy their visit to Lake’s Leisure.
What are you going to do?
- Welcoming guests and showing them to their seats.
- Taking orders with a handheld.
- Serve drinks and food.
- Making preparations for lunch, dinner, and packages.
- Clear tables and leave work and public areas tidy.
Who are we looking for?
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You get energy from hospitality and good service.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and go the extra mile for our guests.
- You are available on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

Housekeeping assistant (part-time)
A clean and well-maintained venue is a key part of a pleasant guest experience. As a housekeeping staff member, you’ll ensure that Lake’s Leisure looks fresh, tidy and inviting every day.
What are you going to do?
- Cleaning the restaurant, grand café and activity rooms.
- Cleaning sanitary facilities.
- Vacuum, mop and wipe surfaces.
- Signalling when a space or component requires extra attention.
Who are we looking for?
- You work neatly, independently and reliably.
- You can see for yourself what needs to be done.
- You don't mind working early in the morning.
- You are physically capable of carrying out cleaning work.

Hospitality floor manager
Are you operationally strong, do you keep an overview, and do you get energised from a well-functioning team? As a floor manager, you are the central point of contact on the floor during your shift. You make adjustments where necessary, ensuring that service, pace, and guest experience are spot on.
What are you going to do?
- To manage and support the team on the floor.
- To draw up the duty roster and adjust it during the shift.
- Monitor stock and signal shortages promptly.
- Switching between the different departments.
- Onboarding and mentoring new employees.
- To monitor the quality of service, the pace of work, and the guest experience.
Who are we looking for?
- You have hospitality experience and are ready for more responsibility.
- You maintain an overview, even when it's busy.
- You communicate clearly and can get colleagues on board.
- You are practical, decisive, and see what needs to be done.
- You enjoy coaching and motivating colleagues.
