Creamy lobster bisque with crayfish and sour cream.

With Grana Padano, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, pine nuts, capers and truffle mayonnaise.
Smoked salmon
With fresh cream cheese and dill.
Main courses
Rump steak
Grain-fed and grilled on lava stones. Served with carrot purée, grilled courgette and aubergine. Sauce of your choice.
Pork Rib Roast
On the bone, brined and grilled on lava stones. Served with carrot purée, grilled courgette and aubergine. Sauce of your choice.
Grilled salmon
On a bed of spinach with lightly whipped beurre noisette.

Served with baked potatoes, sour cream and grilled corn.

Grilled on lava stones, with peanut sauce, atjar, bean sprouts and crispy kentang.
