With the Set Menu, you choose an activity in advance and then sit down together for a starter, main course and dessert. It is a complete outing without the need to arrange different locations or separate reservations.
Our kitchen uses fresh ingredients and offers a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. This package is ideal for a family outing, an evening with friends, a company event or a festive group reservation.

Tomato soup
Italian tomato soup with a touch of basil and cream.
Prawn bisque
Creamy lobster bisque with crayfish and sour cream.
Carpaccio
With Grana Padano, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, pine nuts, capers and truffle mayonnaise.
Smoked salmon

Main courses
Rump steak

Pork Rib Roast
On the bone, brined and grilled on lava stones. Served with carrot purée, grilled courgette and aubergine. Sauce of your choice.
Grilled salmon
On a bed of spinach with lightly whipped beurre noisette.
Spareribs
Served with baked potatoes, sour cream and grilled corn.
Indonesian chicken satay
Grilled on lava stones, with peanut sauce, atjar, bean sprouts and crispy kentang.
Florentine pasta
A fresh twist on classic pasta, with a creamy sauce and basil.
Sensation Burger (vegan)
Vegetarian burger with barbecue sauce, grilled vegetables, fresh cream cheese and dill.
